A compact block of four floors and attics, large green spaces and games for childs. The building forms a rectangular prism parallel to José Díaz Oliva street and its park. The building sits on an hillside; this fact determine its position and main access, formalized with a large opening in the volume.
The building consists of through dwellings of 3 and 4 bedrooms spread over four floors and attic, a parking for 49 places and 32 storage rooms.
